Course Overview
This seminar focuses primarily on the practical problems encountered in obtaining valid and enforceable U.S. patents, as well as enforcement of patent rights after grant. The seminar encompasses lectures provided by experienced practitioners, as well as a series of workshops which provide paralegals with a chance to learn U.S. patent prosecution in a hands-on setting.
Detailed procedural analysis, advanced research techniques, plus finding, assessing, and troubleshooting filing errors and implementing their solutions will be covered.

General Information
Lectures are held at the Seminar Room of the Tower @ 2nd (75 E Santa Clara St, San Jose), next to the offices of KENJA IP Law, in the heart of Silicon Valley.
Classes generally run from 9:00am to 4:00pm daily. Detailed class schedules will be issued prior to the start of the seminar. Planned social activities give participants the chance to interact with one another and with members of KENJA IP Law. These activities include a welcome reception, a federal court tour, a USPTO Silicon Valley Office tour, and a closing banquet.
